Plain terms for Sift's free AI access and optional Premium subscription.

Free AI access

Each installation includes 50 AI requests per calendar month. A video summary and each follow-up chat answer count as one request. Sift selects from suitable free models currently available through OpenRouter, so model quality, speed, and availability can vary. Unused requests do not roll over.

Subscription

Sift Premium costs US$8.99, €8.99, or 89 NOK per month, depending on the supported local price Stripe selects at checkout. It includes 2,000 AI requests per calendar month. A video summary and each follow-up chat answer count as one request. Unused requests do not roll over. The secure Stripe checkout shows the final recurring price, tax, renewal terms, and available payment methods before purchase.

Renewal and cancellation

Sift Premium renews monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel it from Sift Settings. Access continues according to the cancellation date shown by Stripe. Choosing Delete hosted account cancels the subscription immediately and deletes Sift's hosted account records.

Payments and refunds

Sift is the seller and Stripe processes payment, tax calculation, and invoices. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. For a billing problem, use the Stripe receipt or contact Sift support.

AI answers

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important medical, legal, financial, safety, and technical information against reliable sources. Do not use hosted AI to process content you are not allowed to share with an AI provider.

Availability and acceptable use

Sift may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the service. Do not share installation credentials, automate bulk requests, bypass quotas, attack the service, or use it unlawfully. Sift may suspend access necessary to stop abuse or protect other users.
